Boston magistrates adjourn drink-driving case against Spalding resident

A drink-driving case against a Spalding resident had to be put off for seven weeks because an interpreter had not been booked by the court.

Dragos Apopei (36) attended Boston Magistrates’ Court for the scheduled hearing on March 8, charged with having excess alcohol while driving in London Road, Spalding, on February 16.

The case was adjourned to April 26 for a Romanian interpreter to attend with Apopei, of London Road, remaining on unconditional bail.
