Crowland couple and South Holland developer are celebrating landmark house sale

It's celebrations all round for a Crowland couple and a South Holland property developer after the sale of a landmark home.

Ashwood Homes has just completed on the sale of its 500th new build home, which has been bought by David and Emily Spearing on Kingsgate Mews in Crowland.

The developer, which has developments across south Lincolnshire, has come a long way since 2015 and is proud to have helped 500 families and first-time buyers to find their dream homes.

Mr and Mrs Spearing received a £1,000 landscaping voucher, to create their perfect garden, in celebration of this sale.
