Spalding area families celebrate New Year in style
A confetti cannon helped families to celebrate the New Year in style during a celebration in Spalding town centre.
South Holland Centre, in partnership with Spalding Catering Company, once again held its popular Family New Year’s Eve Party on December 31, which was enjoyed by more than 200 people.
The centre has been running these popular party nights for more than three years which allows parents to see in the New Year with their children.
Youngsters were delighted with a magic show along with balloon modelling and a host of games thanks to a children’s entertainer who was part of the evening.
A burger and hot dog station were also laid on to fuel families before they headed onto the dance floor.
When the clock struck midnight, a confetti canon fired in the New Year.
