Changes to Spalding 312-home development

Broadgate Homes is seeking changes to a planning consent for 312 homes in phase 1 of the Holland Park development in Spalding.

South Holland District Council gave consent to the original detailed plan in 2014 on a site to the south west of the town with access from The Broadway to the north and the B1172 to the south.

Changes being sought in the latest application include substituting some of the dwelling types "to provide a more varied housing mix".
