CBBC’s Numberblocks visits Starlings Toy Outlet in Spalding

A popular children’s television character made a visit to a Spalding shopping centre.

CBBC’s Numberblocks made an appearance at Starlings Toy Outlet at Springfields Outlet Shopping and Leisure over Saturday and Sunday.

Over the weekend, more than 270 children collected an activity sheet, route map and Numberblocks pencil before going on a fun journey around the chopping centre to locate the Numberblocks hidden around the centre.

On their return, children had an opportunity to collect a sticker and have their photo taken with ‘Three’, one of the fun loving stars of the BAFTA award-winning TV series.

A spokesman said: “‘‘The Numberblocks event was a huge success for Starlings Toys and we had great feedback from families who enjoyed the event.’’

The store is planning an number of other activities over the summer holidays.
