Community Showcase adds something different to Spalding market

Shoppers got some extra treats in Spalding this weekend.

A variety of different stalls were pitched as the Spalding Community Showcase event encouraged different traders to showcase their wares.

Lovingly hand crafted items including jewellery, signs, coasters and phone holders were among the unique items on sale.

There was also a Flower Parade stall raising funds for the 2025 event.

“Considering it’s the start of the summer holidays, so the market’s going to be a little quieter, it was very good,” said organsier Stephen Timewell.

“It’s another one of those days where we managed to get a few extra stalls and help build up the market.”
