Plans to turn Stonegate property in Spalding into nine-person house of multiple occupancy are rejected

Plans to turn a Spalding property into a house of multiple occupation have been refused.

However, South Holland District Council refused the application because the property is believed to be of ‘an inadequate size’ to accommodate nine people.
