South Holland won't finish recycling collection today

The sheer volume of cardboard and paper left out for recycling means the district council won't finish its collection today.
Residents in the Flaxmill Lane area of Pinchbeck have been asked to leave out their purple sacks for tomorrow.
The council has apologised to residents for the inconvenience.
