South Holland District Council is scrapping £5 parking charge
South Holland District Council has confirmed it will not be introducing a £5 car parking fee in Spalding.
The council says all-day parking charges in the town will be £3 from January 1.
Traders, shoppers and workers have spoken out against the car parking increase amid fears that it would deter people from visiting the town.
