A man has denied four charges of sexual assaults involving children.

Fifty-year-old Spalding resident Mark Street appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (February 26), where he pleaded not guilty to all four counts.

Three charges of kissing, touching breasts and touching a vagina relate to a girl under the age of 16 years and are said to have taken place in Staffordshire between August 17, 1998 and August 19, 2001.

Street has also been accused of touching the buttocks of a boy under the age of 13 between January 1, 2017 and January 1, 2019.

This incident is alleged to have taken place in Spalding.

Street, of Akita Close, has been bailed to appear at Lincoln Crown Court for a pre trial hearing on March 26.

Conditions of his bail say he must not contact children under the age of 18, not contact the complainants and not attend locations where the complainants may be known to be.
