Donington fire crew called to tractor on fire in Bull’s Bank




A fire crew was called out to tackle an incident with a tractor earlier today (Friday, March 15).

The farm vehicle was on fire in Bull’s Bank, Donington, in a blaze started by a malfunction with the heating fan.

A crew from Donington attended the incident at 11.47am – and tackled it with two sets of breathing apparatus, a hose reel and a thermal imaging camera.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue said the blaze caused ‘severe fire damage to part of the engine compartment and part of the cab’.
