Spalding and Market Deeping crews put out crate fire at business park

Crews were called out to a fire at a business park.

The incident took place at the Welland Business Park in Spalding yesterday (November 28) at 2.07pm.

Crates on fire inside a building were extinguished.

“Spalding Fire Station and Market Deeping Fire station attended Welland Business Park, Clay Lake, Spalding,” a Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue statement said.

“This was to two crates and contents on fire within building.

“Crews used two breathing apparatus stage one, one hose reel jet and one thermal image camera to extinguish.!
