A17 blocked at Sutton Bridge following crash

The A17 has been blocked following a crash – which is creating congestion in the area.

Two vehicles are reported to have been involved in a collision near East Bank, Sutton Bridge, earlier today, according to AA Traffic.

Traffic congestion is reported between the Wisbech Road roundabout near Long Sutton, and Terrington St Clement in Norfolk.

AA traffic is reporting that the A17 is “partially blocked and queueing traffic due to recovery work and crash, two vehicles involved on A17 Sutton Bridge both ways near East Bank.”

On March 15, temporary traffic lights were installed to repair a barrier at the historic Cross Keys Bridge, in Sutton Bridge, following a collision.
