Demolition planned at Moulton on former Gardman Ltd site

Warehouses and offices formerly used by Gardman Ltd in Moulton will be demolished if planning consent is granted by South Holland District Council.
A London company, Diana Properties Ltd, is seeking permission for the works at 24-28 High Street to start at the end of April.
Diana Properties says it is not planning future rebuilding on the land.
The company’s planning application says: “Following departure of Gardman Ltd there is no longer any use for the buildings on the site and they are falling into disrepair.”
