Doctor Who stars Colin Baker and Sophie Aldred revealed as latest guests to appear at Spalding Comicon… and Spiderman and Deadpool are coming too

Two stars of hit TV show Doctor Who are among the latest guests confirmed to appear at a comicon.

Timelord Colin Baker and companion Sophie Aldred will both be on hand to meet fans at the event in Spalding later this year.

Colin played the sixth incarnation of the Doctor between 1984 and 1986, also returning to the show in 1993 and 2022 for a total of 34 episodes.

Sophie starred as Dorothy ‘Ace’ McShane, the companion to Sylvester McCoy’s Doctor, between 1987 and 1989.

She also made a return to the show in 2022.

The Spalding Comicon will have a real Doctor Who vibe this year as one attraction will be a series of props from the show, including a TARDIS, Daleks and Cybermen, while another guest will be Ross Mullan who has played The Silence and The Teller on the BBC show.
