Vacant Spalding shop doorway is blocked up
The doorway of a vacant shop which had been used by rough sleepers has been blocked up.
Boards now cover the entrance to the former Clinton Cards store in Hall Place, Spalding, after work was completed earlier this week.
The Spalding Guardian has approached the estate agents, Banks, Long and Co, for a comment on the work but their clients declined the opportunity.
This is one of a number of vacant shop doorways in the town centre which have been used by rough sleepers for the storage of their belongings.
Council bosses has previously said that it is dealing with a number of increasing cases of homelessness in our district.
