Man dies in hospital after car collides with tree in Moulton

A man in his 60s has died after the car he was driving hit a tree in Moulton at the weekend.

Emergency services were called to High Road where a car left the road and collided with a tree at about 7.45am on Saturday.

The man was taken to Boston's Pilgrim Hospital with serious injuries from which he later died.

Road closures were put in place between High Road, Moulton, and Hockney Hole Lane, Whaplode.
