Driver seriously injured in Wigtoft accident

Police are appealing for witnesses following a single-vehicle collision last night (Saturday) on the B1397 Old Spalding Road in Wigtoft.

Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 11pm. A man in his twenties, who was driving a blue Hyundai iX35, was seriously injured in the collision and taken to hospital.

The collision is believed to have occurred between 9pm and11pm.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or anyone who may have captured 'dashcam' footage of the incident.
