Holbeach Drone and Surrounding share pictures of proposed Aldi site in Fleet Street

A site which has been earmarked for a supermarket has been captured by a drone company - as the consultation ends today.

Holbeach Drone and Surrounding has taken footage of a former depot in Fleet Street, Holbeach, which could become an Aldi store.

The retail giant has revealed its bid to build a new supermarket on the South Holland District Council depot site last month.

If the application receives planning permission, the scheme could create 40 new jobs for the town.

The firm has also been running an online consultation for people to have their say which will close today.

Aldi held a public consultation in the Tigers Bar and Social Club on Wednesday last week, which was attended by 144 people.
