Sutton Bridge estate agent wins coveted prize

Taking pride in building relationships with customers had led to an estate agent winning a coveted prize.

Phoenix Estate Agents (East) Ltd of Sutton Bridge has won The British Property Award for Holbeach.

Their team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period, which focused on customer service levels.

The Bridge Road business has now been shortlisted for a number of national awards - with details to be announced later on in the year.

Staff originally didn’t know they had been nominated, with judges mystery shopping at all agents in the area before announcing their prime candidates.

Manager Jaimie Rice says everyone is ‘over the moon’ - and that she has a ‘huge sense of pride for us to have proved ourselves’.

The British Property Awards aim to provide agents throughout the UK with the opportunity to compare their services against that provided by local, regional and national competition.

Robert McLean from the awards organisers said: “Our awards have been specifically designed to be attainable to all agents, removing common barriers to entry, such as cost, to ensure that we have the most inclusive awards.

“Our awards have also been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation. If an agent has been

attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time.

“Winning agents should be proud that their customer service levels provide a benchmark for their local, regional and national competition.”
