South Holland District Council announces festive refuse and recycling collection dates

Bin collection dates will be changing over the festive period.

South Holland District Council has shared the schedule for refuse and recycling collection days over the next three weeks.

Residents who were due to have their bins collected on Boxing Day will see it moved to December 28.

Collections scheduled on December 27 will actually take place on December 29.

Bins which were due to be picked up on December 28 are going to take place December 30.

While the collections planned on December 29 will be taking place on January 2.

With collections on December 30 being moved to January 3.

The disturbance will also affect the first week in January when collection dates will move.

Collections due to take place on January 2 will be picked up on January 4.

Refuse collections due on January 3 will happen on January 5.

While collections on January 4 will move to January 6 and those on January 5 are to take place on January 7.

January 6 collections will move to January 9.

This schedule will run until January 14.
