Long Sutton and Holbeach firefighters were called to skip fire

Two fire crews received a late night call-out to deal with a skip blaze.

The fire was reported on land off Vicarage Lane, Long Sutton, at 10.49pm last night (Wednesday, May 8).

Long Sutton and Holbeach fire crews attended the incident.

The skip and its contents were damaged by the flames – which were extinguished using a hose reel jet.
