Spalding and Donington firefighters help to cut free person from vehicle in Woolram Wygate




Firefighters had to cut free one person from a vehicle after a collision in a residential area.

Two vehicles were involved in a collision in Woolram Wygate, Spalding, at 6.11pm last night (Monday, March 24).

Firefighters from two stations attended along with police.

A spokesman for the fire service said: “Crews from Spalding and Donington attended and used Holmatro rescue equipment to remove the driver’s door to extricate the driver of one of the vehicles.”

Police have recorded this as ‘a minor injury collision involving the drivers of two cars at Woolram Wygate’.
