First look inside the new restaurant in Spalding's South Holland Centre
The team working at the new eateries in Spalding's South Holland Centre are putting the finishing touches to their new home in the landmark venue ahead of the big opening night tomorrow.
Moninna's Ristorante & Pizzeria is opening in the top floor of the Market Place cultural venue - with Platter & Pour on the first floor.
The ventures have been launched by Spalding-born Adam Noble and business partner Aaron Dobson - and open tomorrow night to coincide with Omid Djalili's comedy show, the first non-cinema event at the centre since the pandemic began.
The Free Press took a quick look at the progress, as staff get ready to welcome their first customers.
Mr Noble (37), of Resolution Pubs, said: "We are looking forward to it.
"We have very much let the team take ownership - they are going to be here every day and it's important that they are involved.
"I have really, really enjoyed it. It's been a really enjoyable project.
"The council, our suppliers, the team and the team in our other venues have all gone above and beyond to make this happen."
A team of about 15 people have already been recruited to run the business - including general manager Ausrine Dunauskaite.
The business marks a homecoming for Mr Noble, who grew up in the town and did his chef training at the Bull Inn in Pinchbeck.
