When to see the Flying Scotsman pass through Lincolnshire and Peterborough




The Flying Scotsman can be spotted coming through Lincolnshire today (Wednesday, February 19).

The famous engine, which was first to reach 100mph in 1934, is being taken to the Nene Valley Railway ready to take part in an event on Friday, February 28.

The locomotive is understood to be passing through Lincoln Central at 4.07pm, Sleaford South at 4.35pm, Spalding at 4.54pm, Werrington Junction at 5.10pm, Peterborough Station at 5.20pm and Fletton Junction at 5.28pm.
