From Suella to South Holland… ACT II’s annual Revue will lampoon the globe’s great, good and ghastly

What do Suella Braverman, Vladimir Putin, South Holland District Council and Mickey Mouse all have in common?

Before you begin to make your own incorrect assumptions, the answer is that they all feature in Act II Theatre Company’s Revue 2023.

This irreverent, topical and cheeky show is now into it’s 11th year and once again takes a swipe and the year’s news; local, national and global.

Expect fast paced sketches, scenes and songs from the four actors and lots of the stories of the year examined and fun poked at.

Starring Karl Gernert, Jo Wheatley, Olivia Black and Penelope Harrall, written by Karl and Charlotte Gernert and directed by Charlotte, the Revue has become very much a part of the Christmas festivities in South Holland.

The show contains strong language and adult themes and takes place at Act II’s studio at Welland Business Park, Clay Lake, Spalding, PE12 6BL.

The revue will be held on Wednesday, December 13 (8pm), Thursday December 14 (8pm), Friday December 15 (7pm and 9pm) and Saturday, December 16 (7pm).

Tickets are priced at £7 each and are available from tickets@act2online.co.uk.
