Gold and silver awards for Hill & Clark branches

Hill & Clark estate agents have had outstanding successes at the British Property Awards.

The company scooped three gold and a silver award for their local offices, plus a gold award for their Boston branch.

The British Property Awards are a highly-regarded mark, which sees agencies independently assessed to a consumer standard.

The Hill & Clark Holbeach sales team, including Jamie Hiller, Carol Horton and Mark Reynolds, won a gold award for their customer service.

Branch manager Jamie Hiller, was delighted with the recognition: "We were delighted win this award as it is based on a lengthy mystery shopping exercise, so it proves that the high level of customer service that we aim for is reached on a consistent basis and not just ‘strike it lucky’ on occasions.

"I believe we won this award as we offer the same high level of service to every client we deal with, whether it be a vendor or buyer."

The Spalding team followed suit, with a gold award for its sales and lettings team.

Both Spalding teams work hard to give exceptional customer service to every client and make professional, expert advice easily available.

The Spalding sales team, including Lucy Spenser, Becky Rudd and Dan Thompson, were delighted to win the recognition, together with the lettings team of Natasha Dawson and Marina Hawkins.

It has been an exciting year for Hill & Clark in Bourne, which marked its first anniversary of its office opening in the town with a gold award AND special recognition with the Regional Silver Award, for best estate agent in the Bourne area.

The office's Bourne Property Show, broadcast weekly on Facebook and offered market advice and property discussion, has seen increasing success since its inception last year.
