Pinchbeck branch of Greggs could open next year
A popular bakery chain could be opening the doors of another shop in the area next year.
Greggs has submitted a planning application for two advertising fascia signs, two internal posters and air conditioning units for a site in Wardentree Lane, Pinchbeck.
Earlier this year, South Holland District Council approved a business development at Wardentree Park, which includes Starbucks, Greggs, Toolstation and Formula 1 Autocentre outlets.
A leisure complex will also be part of the development planned by Worcestershire-based applicants Hawkstone Properties.
A Greggs spokesperson said: "We're looking into the possibility of opening a new shop in Pinchbeck next year and will have more information about exactly where and when in the near future."
The chain already has a shop in Spalding town centre and at Applegreen.
