Firefighters attend Sutton Bridge blaze

Firefighters tackled a hedgerow blaze in Sutton Bridge this afternoon.

Crews from Long Sutton attended the fire at a property on Bridge Road at 2.52pm.

There was severe fire damage to a section of hedgerow and crews used two hose reels, a main jet and a light portable pump to extinguish.

The fire was caused by a controlled burn being too close to a hedge.
