HGV and Range Rover involved in roundabout collision at Sutterton where A17 meets A16




A lorry and Range Rover were involved in a two-vehicle collision on a busy roundabout.

The incident took place yesterday (July 7) during the evening rush hour, causing minor hold-ups at Sutterton roundabout, where the A17 and A16 meet.

Lincolnshire Police confirmed the incident was ‘damage only’ and that nobody was injured.

Passing motorists were forced to navigate the HGV, which was parked up on the outside lane by the southern exit towards Boston.

The silver Range Rover was parked on the verge with damage visible to the side of the vehicle.

“Incident 381 of July 7 refers to a damage only, two-vehicle collision close to Sutterton Veterinary Hospital on Station Road in Sutterton which was reported to us at 5.25pm,” a police statement said.
