‘Huge success’ as Revive Hair and Beauty salon opens its doors in Pinchbeck
An opening night at a hair and beauty salon was a ‘huge success’ as the owner opened its doors to the public.
Award winning stylist Chelsea Askey has opened Revive Hair and Beauty in Pinchbeck - formerly known as Killinule - and held a special event.
More than 30 clients, family and friends attended and were treated to nibbles, free goody bags and refreshments plus a special discount of 50% for new clients which continues until the end of March.
Chelsea said: “It was such an overwhelming evening and a huge success.
“The support from new and existing clients, friends and family was amazing.
“I cannot thank everyone enough for attending and celebrating with us.”
Chelsea hails from the Isle of Wight where she ran her previous salon before moving to Spalding with her husband.
Her expertise in blonde and balayage hair styling led to her winning a Best For Blonde at the Hair and Beauty Awards, presented by Britain’s Got Talent’s Jake Quickenden.
She is ‘mega-proud’ of her award she won last June and is keen to employ a team and help them to progress professionally.
Chelsea said: “The salon will be changing to offer both hair and beauty and specialising in nails, lashes and brows.
“Courtney Glenn is my hairstylist and Emily van der Weyden is my nail tech and beautician.
“I find it really rewarding to bring people into the industry and show what we can offer to people.”
