Green-faced guests enjoy the ‘ambience’ of a successful musical-themed event.

The Sessions House on Sheep Market Spalding, welcomed all kinds of witches to its ‘Wicked’ afternoon tea on Saturday (May 17).

Organiser, Erika Yao, is a fan of the popular fantasy tale and was excited to host it. She said: “I like the story of Wicked it is very empowering.

“We have previously held lots of seasonal afternoon teas, so we are quite experienced with making them.

“A lot of our guests were so invested and came dressed up as witches with green faces – I was relived as I thought I would look silly and be the only one dressed up.

“Seeing people have a good time and enjoy the ambience really made a difference and we really enjoyed hosting it.
