A new estate agent will be helping house hunters in South Holland to find their new home — as she launches a new service for the area.

Kimberley Green has joined Haart as a senior partner as part of the Spicerhaart Spalding Partnership, a virtual branch to the Wisbech property centre.

Working from home, Ms Green will specialise in matching clients with their dream homes and lives in Long Sutton having moved from Wisbech in 2022.

She said: “My partner was born and raised in Long Sutton, and I've been visiting frequently since.

“We love it here and it's a wonderful, friendly, and safe environment to raise our two children.

“It’s a great place to live, with excellent nurseries, schools, local shops, and pubs and the community feels like a big family, and it's conveniently located near Kings Lynn, the Norfolk coast, and Peterborough.

“I'm thrilled to start my new role after working in estate agency for a long time, the opportunity to join came at the perfect time.”

The agent says she is keen to promote Spalding with its amenities such as the railway station, schools and new housing developments in areas such as Wygate Park.

A Haart spokesman said: “The town offers a range of properties from contemporary living spaces to charming cottages and elegant Victorian homes and Spalding's property market caters to every budget.”

Kimberley can be reached on 01775580150.
