South Holland and the Deepings Liberal Democrats candidate announced

The Liberal Democrats have announced their candidate who will be vying for the South Holland and the Deepings seat.

Davina Kirby, who prefers to be known as Dee, has been revealed as the candidate.

Chairman of the South Lincolnshire Liberal Democrat Party Neil Oakman said: "I think she is going to bring a lot of enthusiasm for our campaign and I am looking forward to working with her."

Last week the Conservative Party confirmed that Sir John Hayes will be their candidate.

Earlier this year, Martin Blake was announced as the candidate for the Green party.

Labour is hoped to announce their candidate shortly.
