Spalding The Drayman’s Arms presents live music at Community Mind Matters fundraiser




An event featuring live music helped to raise funds for a mental helath support group.

The band Zebra played at the Drayman’s Arms pub as a fundaiser for Community Mind Matters.

Band member Mark Le Sage said: “Everyone had a really fantastic Sunday afternoon at the pub who were hosting a charity fundraising event.

“The musical event was very well-attended with non stop toe-tapping hits.

“We are very proud to be able to support such a worthy and much needed local community group.”

Vanessa Browning, founder of Community Mind Matters said: “It went really well and we raised £120 which will go towards teas and coffees for the group.

“Some group members came and it was nice for them to get out.

“It is important for mental health.”
