Lorry loses its load at Long Sutton roundabout

A lorry lost its load of oranges near a busy A17 roundabout last night (Thursday, 10 July).

Emergency services were called to the McDonald’s Roundabout, Long Sutton, at 6.32pm at the busy junction where the A17 intersects with the A1101 and B1359.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said: “A lorry lost its load at the Long Sutton roundabout and one lane was temporarily closed.

Locals have reported that the lorry had lost a load of oranges.

No injuries were reported.
