Police called to overturned lorry at Spalding’s A16/A151 roundabout

A lorry overturned at a busy roundabout this morning.

Police were called out to an incident at the recently-revamped A16/A151 McDonald’s roundabout in Spalding at about 6am today (May 1) —- and have been on the scene this morning while the vehicle awaited recovery.

A force spokesman said “We were called to a collision involving a DAF lorry at Springfield’s roundabout at around 6am. The vehicle overturned.

“Thankfully no one was injured and the vehicle is in the process of being removed from the scene.”
