Spalding man pleads guilty to charges of attempting to sell fake designer goods from Michael Kors, Tag Heuer and Louis Vuitton and concealing money made by criminal enterprises




A Spalding man has pleaded guilty to attempting to sell fake designer goods.

Luke David Arons (43) admitted being in possession of counterfeit goods including a Michael Kors watch, two Tag Heuer watches, a Kenzo cap and Louis Vuitton wallet, all with a view to gain for himself or another, or with intent to cause loss to another without consent.

He also accepted charges of concealing, disguising or converting £9,622 in proceeds from the sale of IPTV devices (set top streaming boxes) and subscriptions using his bank account, concealing, disguising or converting £2,350 from the proceeds of counterfeit watches and clothing using his bank account, possessing a T95ZPLUS TV Box (Android TV Box) and providing a service to enable the circumvention of of effective technological matters.

The offences were said to take place between January 1, 2018 and May 25, 2023.

Appearing at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Monday (July 17), Arons pleaded guilty to all nine charges.

The case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report, with Arons, of Winsover Road, told to return to court on September 25.

No mitigation was given at this hearing.
