Man been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following incident on A16 at Kirton

A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

A 39-year-old woman died on March 4 this year following an incident on the A16 near Kirton.

Asen Kurtev, 46, of Carlton Road, Boston, has also been charged with four counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

He will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 22, 2025.
