Gosberton man to stand trial over two counts of dangerous dog charges
A man is due to stand trial on two counts of dangerous dog charges.
Jack Lowe, 23, of Low Gate, Gosberton, has been charged with two counts of being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury to a person.
He has been charged in connection with an incident of a dog being out of control in Hall Place, Spalding, on May 16 last year along with another incident in Low Gate, Gosberton on the same day.
Mr Lowe denied the charges during a hearing at Boston Magistrates Court on March 12.
He is due back at Boston Magistrates’ Court to stand trial on June 20.
