Spalding man due in court for exposing his penis in town on two separate occasions

A man who is accused of exposing his penis in public on two separate occasions will be appearing in court today.

Marcus Cook (55), of London Road, Spalding, is facing two charges of exposing himself in the town along with breaching a sexual harm prevention order.

He is due to appear before Lincoln magistrates this morning.

Mr Cook is charged with:

- intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them in Spalding on November 13

- intentionally exposed your genitals intending that someone would see them in Spalding on November 17

- Breaching a sexual harm prevention order made by Croydon Crown Court by exposing his penis in Spalding on November 13 in Spalding.
