Lincolnshire Police confirm that man has died in Crowland




A man has died in an episode attended by a large scale emergency service response.

Lincolnshire Police has confirmed that a man in his 80s had died in West Street, Crowland, on Saturday.

Two police cars, a paramedic vehicle, a fire engine and an air ambulance helicopter were called to the area just after 3pm on Saturday.

A force spokesman said: “A man in his 80s was sadly confirmed deceased. His death is not being treated as suspicious. The matter has been passed to the coroner's office.”
