Spalding man pleads not guilty to 10 sex-related charges
A man denied 10 sex-related charges when he appeared in court.
Mohamed Alam pleaded not guilty to causing a female aged 13 or over to engage in penetrative sexual activity and exposure on Wednesday (October 2).
He also denied eight charges of sexual assault on a female.
The penetrative sexual activitycharge is alleged to have taken place between October 1, 2020 and September 14, 2022 and the exposure charge between September 1, 2019 and September 14, 2024,
The sexual assault charges are said to have taken place at varying times between October 1, 2020, and September 14, 2022,
Alam, of St Thomas Road, Spalding, will face trial at Lincoln Crown Court.
Boston magistrates released him on unconditional bail.
He will next appear at crown court on October 30.
