Spalding man accused of inciting 14-year-old girl to 'engage in sexual activity'




A Spalding man alleged to have incited a 14-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity has been sent for trial.

Nathan Baxter, 25, of Beech Avenue, entered no plea to the allegation, said to have taken place in Spalding on August 13.

District Judge Peter Veits, sitting at Boston Magistrates Court, sent Baxter for trial at Lincoln Crown Court with a first appearance on December 23.

He was allowed unconditional bail.
