Lincolnshire third best marriage success rate

Lincolnshire has the third highest marriage success rate in the UK, according to new research.

Flowercard found that 92.47% of couples in the county make a success of married life - compared to a national average of 59.09%.

Only Somerset and Surrey had a higher rate in the UK, with Somerset topping the list on 93.88%.

Flowercard analysed the number of divorces between 2011 and 2020 to calculate its success rate.
