Macmillan Easter egg hunt at Ayscoughfee Hall
More than 400 happy children filled Ayscoughfee Hall and Gardens on Good Friday - hunting out dozens of hidden Easter eggs.
The hunt was organised by the Spalding and Holbeach branch of Macmillan Cancer Support for the second year running and they were blessed with beautiful weather for the event.
In addition to the egg hunt, there were plenty of traditional summer fair stalls, including splat the rat, tin pan alley, guess the amount of eggs in the jar, treasure hunt and a colouring competition.
Committee chairman Lorraine Buckingham said: "It was very good for the charity, we made £1,127.
"The weather was lovely but because of that, I think some families decided to go to the coast! But it was still a good day - there was a lovely atmosphere and lots of people stayed for the whole day."
