Motorcyclist dies after multi-vehicle collision on West Norfolk road




A motorcyclist has died following a collision involving several other vehicles on a major West Norfolk road this morning.

Emergency crews were called to the A17 at Terrington St Clement just after 6am today, following reports of a collision involving a motorbike and five cars.

Norfolk Police confirmed a short time ago that the rider, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The road was closed for several hours, but has now re-opened.

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, has dash-cam footage, or who saw the manner of driving of any of the vehicles prior to the incident, is asked to contact Norfolk Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit via the non-emergency 101 number, 101 quoting reference number 42 of November 9.
