Motorcyclist injured after bike slipped in Holbeach




A motorcyclist received medical treatment after his bike slipped on a muddy road.

The incident happened at 5.42am today (October 16) on Ravens Bank, near Holbeach.

Police say that the motorcyclist’s injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

A force statement said: “At 5.42 this morning (16 October), we received a report of a one vehicle RTC which involved a motorcyclist coming off their bike due to mud on the road.

“One person has been injured and will receive treatment, but their injuries are not thought to be life threatening.”

- Information incorrectly supplied by the police earlier today stated that this incident happened in Crowland.
