Motorists warned of abnormal load being escorted along A16 today

Motorists are being warned of an abnormal load travelling through the county this afternoon.

Lincolnshire Police will be helping the vehicle carrying a static caravan along the A16 this afternoon.

“We will be escorting an abnormal load from 2pm today from the A16 Crowland layby to Ralphs Lane, Frampton West, Boston,” a police statement said.

“The load is a static caravan, and we hope to arrive at the destination by around 4pm.”

Drivers are warned of potential delays along the route.
