Moulton Chapel Primary School secretary honoured with defibrillator
The memory of a secretary and volunteer who gave more than 50 years’ service to a school has been honoured.
Moulton Chapel Primary School has unveiled a defibrillator to remember Linda Tatam, who died in May last year.
The school raised £780 via a Just Giving page but also added money from its funds to purchase the life saving machine.
Mrs Tatam’s son Steve returned to the school for the unveiling ceremony which included readings from two pupils.
Head teacher Lisa Sexton said: “We, as a school, wanted to recognise the service Mrs Tatam not only gave to the school but to the village as a whole. We want to thank all those who donated to our page.”
